Anjali Nair

Anjali works with leaders and organizations to build clarity, capability, and alignment in complex environments. With over 25 years of experience across multinational organizations, public sector banks, the education sector, nonprofits, and startups, her work integrates leadership development, organizational development, and coaching to enable meaningful and sustained impact.
She has served on the Global Board of the International Association of Coaching (2018–2024), including as Global President, and is a recipient of the IAC President’s Award (2025).
Anjali currently serves on the Executive Committee of Parivarthan and as an Ambassador for the Climate Coaching Alliance. She is deeply committed to advancing women in leadership and actively contributes to initiatives in Leadership, Ethics, and Sustainability.
